After reading "The Price of Wine" article, please answer the following question in blog format
What logic would you use if you had decide on the wine to be served at the upcoming President's Dinner at King's College at the end of the April (for those of you who do not know, it's a huge donor event on campus where they turn the third floor of the campus center into a gala-like setting, have high end food, valet parking, etc etc.). What would be your strategy for getting the "right" wine for the event?
